Research Associate within the Chair of Industrial Safety, held by Erik Hollnagel. The Chair is hosted by Mines-ParisTech at Sophia-Antipolis (France) and co-funded by a number of industrial partners (Apave, Allianz, Arcelor-Mittal, GDF-Suez, INERIS, SNCF and Total). The aim of the Chair is to promote new approaches to industrial safety, and positively impact on practices. Because the Chair's philosophy relies on the concept of resilience, my role is to contribute to the field of resilience engineering, its scientific development, and adoption by the industry. Concretely, I do this by carrying research in the domains of ergonomics and industrial safety.
